Card personalisation

Each card has its owner and is addressed to a specific person. This means that a specific card is dedicated to a specific person. It may be marked with the first name, the surname, the barcode of the given person, the flat or embossed number or even a photo.

There are several types of card personalisation forms.

Personalisation with flat numbers

The process of applying numerical lines is individual for each card. Numbers may change in any way, either as successive numbers or as provided from the database file. Flat personalisation is provided in black by default, but a broad range of colours may be used: silver, gold, white, red, dark blue, green, etc. Font size and layout is flexible and may be adjusted to the wishes of the client.

Flat personalisation with personal details for individuals

The process of applying personal details (first name, surname, card number, expiry date, position, etc.) is different for each card. The data are collected from the received file database. • CODE 39
  • CODE 128
  • BAR CODE
  • Interleaved 2 of 5

Personalisation with photos

In the production of the identifiers, identification cards or regular client cards, where precise determination of the owner is necessary, a photo of the owner may be applied. Depending on the selected technology of printing, photos are provided in thermal print or in offset print, to ensure excellent quality.

Signature strips, signature fields

Applying silicone plastic absorbing pen ink. Transparent strips are used most often, which offers better graphical possibilities and allows displaying graphics under the strip. There may be more signature fields than one and their shape is variable.

Protecting foil

Transparent foil covered with glue on one side, glued to the edge of the card. This allows protection of data against abrasion or damage. It also gives the possibility of adding a paper photo to the identification card permanently by glue.
